　(5)　調達に必要とされる基本的な要求条件
　　①内視鏡ビデオシステム
　　　　内視鏡を用いて安全で低侵襲性の診断・治療を施行できるシステムであるこ
　　　と。
　　②超音波診断装置
　　　　各種臓器を高精度な超音波で診断ができ、目的臓器に応じたプローブを有す
　　　ること。
　　③生化学分析装置
　　　　血液や尿などの体液成分を検体とし、糖やコレステロール、タンパク、酵素、
　　　電解質等の各種成分測定が高い精度で行えること。
　　④手術用顕微鏡
　　　　眼科あるいは脳神経外科手術において、微細手術を安全・確実に行うため
　　　に、操作性が良く明るい光学系を備えた機器であること。
　　⑤人工心肺装置
　　　　体外循環を安全かつ柔軟に行うことができるシステムであること。
　　⑥温冷配膳車
　　　　食事をトレイにセットし、適温に保った状態で運搬できるように保温・保冷
　　　機能を備えた配膳車であること。

　　　この導入計画の詳細は導入説明書による。なお、本公表内容は予定であり、

　(3) Type of the procurement: purchase
　(4) Basic requirements of the procurement:
　　① Endoscopic video system
　　　The system should support the diagnostic as well as therapeutic
　　 endoscopic procedures, which are safe and minimally invasive for
　　 the patients.
　　② Ultrasound diagnostic equipment
　　　The ultrasound diagnostic equipment shall be provided with probes like
　　 convex, linear, micro linear, sector and 3D probes.
　　③ Biochemical analyzer
　　　The system should be able to measure various components such as
　　 glucose, cholesterol, protein, enzymes, electrolytes, etc. with high accuracy
　　 using body fluid components such as blood and urine as samples.
　　④ Surgical microscope
　　　The microscope shall be easy to operate and equipped with bright optics to
　　 enable physicians to perform microsurgery safely and reliably in ophthalmic
　　 or neurosurgical operations.
　　⑤ Artificial cardiopulmonary system
　　　The system that can perform extracorporeal circulation safely and flexibly.
　　⑥ Hot and cold food delivery cart
　　　The meal must be set on the tray and it is a delivery cart with a warm and
　　 cooling function so that it can be transported at an appropriate
　　 temperature.
