５ 調達に必要とされる基本的な要求要件
( 1 ) マルチスライスＣ Ｔ
① １ スキャンで1 6 スライス以上撮影することができること。
② 全肺や全腹部を数秒で撮影する能力があること。
( 2 ) Ｍ Ｒ Ｉ
① １ ． ５ テスラ以上の磁場強度を有する磁気共鳴画像装置で
あること。
② 頭部、躯幹部、四肢などすべての検査で高精細な画像が迅速に
撮影でき、解析機能が充実していること。
③ 高速処理可能な高性能な操作コンソールを有し、操作性に優れて
いること。解析診断用のワークステーションを備えていること。
( 3 ) 血管連続撮影装置
① 不整脈の診断、治療と頭腹部及び下肢の血管造影による診断、
治療および全身の血管造影による診断､治療が安全に行えること｡
② C アームは１ 方向又は２ 方向を有し､迅速にアームの角度を設
定でき､任意の方向からデジタル透視､デジタル撮影ができること｡
③ フラットパネルディテクタは、血管造影による診断・治療が行える
こと。
④ デジタル画像処理システムは血管内治療を支援する機能や解析機
能を有すること。
⑤ 患者、術者、スタッフに対する被ばく低減機構を有すること。
( 4 ) ガンマカメラ
① 多検出器デジタルガンマカメラ装置であること。
② スペクト収集とホールボディ収集の機能を有していること。
③ フュージョンソフトや定量性を行えるアプリケーションを十分に備え
ていること。
( 5 ) Ｘ 線透視撮影装置
① 透視撮影ができること。
② 動画記録が可能であること。
③ 寝台の水平位が可能であること。
④ フラットパネルディテクタを有すること。
( 6 ) Ｘ 線一般撮影装置
① Ｘ 線管球を有すること。
② 立位、臥位の撮影台を有し、全身の撮影が迅速かつ安全な撮影への
対応が可能であること。
③ フラットパネルディテクタを有すること。
( 7 ) 乳房Ｘ 線撮影装置
① デジタル乳房Ｘ 線撮影装置であること。
② 乳房バイオプシができるシステムを有すること。
③ 乳房撮影診断用高精細モニタシステムを有すること。
④ トモシンセシス撮影機能を有すること。
( 8 ) 外科用Ｘ 線撮影装置
① デジタル外科用Ｘ 線撮影装置であること。
( 9 ) 高度放射線治療装置
① 多目的な治療に対応が可能であること。
② 遮蔽能力の高い多分割コリメータを有すること。
③ システムとして安全で簡便な操作性を有し、高精度な放射線治療への
対応が可能であること。

同５ の要求要件等に関するコメント並びに提供可能なライブラリーに関する資料
等の提供を招請する。

１ 交付期間 平成3 1 年1 1 月2 0 日から平成3 1 年１ 月８ 日まで。
２ 交付場所 上記Ⅱ ２ に同じ。

３ Type of the procurement : Purchase
４ Basic requirements of the procurement：
(1)Multi-slice Computed Tomography System
① The system should be capable of scanning more than 16 slices
data during one rotation.
② The system should have ability thatcould scan either whole lung or
abdo-men in few seconds.
(2)Magnetic Resonance Imaging System
① Magnetic field strength should be 1.5 Tesla or more.
② The images of examination in head, body and extremities are
enable to examine speedily with high resolution images.
③ The console unit must provide high performance capability and
exceptional in operation.
(3)Serial Angiographic System
① The system should be designed safe-ly for interventional
procedures in arrhythmia, also in head, abdomen, l-ower
extremities and whole body for interventional angiography.
② C-arm should equip either one or two direction, and the angle of it
should enable to set rapidly and simultaneously, in addition,
should be capable of digital imaging and fluoroscopy at arbitrary-
direction.
③ The flat- panel detector should be especially designed to fulfill
the interventional angiography.
④ The digital imaging processing sys-tem should have supporting and
analysis function for intravascular treat- ment.
⑤ The system should equip the radiat-ion exposure reduction unit for
patient, operator, and staff.
(4)Gamma Camera System
① The system should be multiple digital gamma camera.
② The system should have function of SPECT and Whole body
acquisition.
③ The system should equip the fusion software and quantitative
applicationreplete.
(5)X-ray fluoroscope Radiography System
① The system is available in fluoroscopic radiography.
② The system should capable of recor-ding dynamic images.
③ The system should be capable of po-sitioning the bed position to
horizontal.
④ The system should equip the flat-p-anel detector.
(6)General Radiographic System
① The system should equip x-ray tube.
② The system should equip a table forstanding and lying position, in
addition, radiography of whole body couldable to perform
speedily and safely.
③ The system should equip the flatpa-nel detector.

① The system should be digital X ray-s equipment to mammography.
② The system must be able to digital stereotactic mammography.
